By placing an order on our Website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth herein. This Policy applies to both digital and physical products or services sold directly through the Website.

  1. Digital Products and Services

All sales of digital products, downloadable materials, or electronically delivered services are final. No returns, cancellations, or refunds shall be issued once access credentials, digital files, or services have been delivered, activated, or commenced.

  1. Physical Products

You may request a return or replacement for a physical item only if:

  • The product was received in a defective or damaged condition; and
  • The request is submitted within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery; and
  • The product is unused, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

  1. Refunds

Where applicable, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days from approval. We reserve the right to deduct processing or administrative fees, as applicable.
